With designing, you’ll have me by your side every step of the way. I will handle all the legwork to assemble the perfect team for your big day. I will also craft a personalized design plan that incorporates unique details and meaningful touches to every aspect of your event so that your wedding feels like an extension of you.  

 

Design services includes:

• Propose design options for reception venue (unlimited design consulting till Day-of wedding)

• Research vendors for décor items. May also consist of traveling to specific stores, etc.

• Assist in selecting designs for: Guest, Bridal Party, Couple, and Escort Card Tables.  And, Photo Backdrop

• Install D’s Pretty Events décor items on the Day-of.

• Create custom designs for reception venue.

• Remove D’s Pretty Events and DYI designs from reception venue.

• Provide consultation till day of wedding.

• Meet via in-person or virtually as need.

• Provide mock-ups for selected looks for review/comment.

• Designing checklist with to-do's outlined throughout the process.

• Sourcing furnishings and decor

• Coordinating with venue staff

• Execute wedding reception design timeline.

 

Timeline Management, Scheduling and Logistics

Your wedding Day of Coordinator will build up to the day. I will design a timeline and rundown for your big day. With my experience I will know how long each aspect takes, as well as understanding potential issues that could arise.

On the day itself, manage the timeline. Also manage all logistics meaning everything and everyone is in the right place, at the right time.

Decor & Design Administration

To begin with, your designer will make set up the various design aspects of your day. From flower arrangements to centerpiece perfection, everything will look and feel as intended.

Wedding Party Management

Your Day of Coordinator will ensure all your wedding party members are in the right place, fed, watered, and excited to watch you walk down the aisle.
